Delivery

Free standard delivery is shown above EUR60 in the current storefront. Before launch we will replace generic estimates with supplier-aware delivery promises by destination.

Returns

The experience is set up around a clear 30-day returns promise. Product exclusions, return addresses and refund timing will be finalised when suppliers are selected.

Damaged or incorrect items

Customers should be able to report an issue from their order record with photos, order number and preferred resolution. That workflow belongs in the fulfilment integration phase.
